Equip items that can increase your lightning and electrocute damage.

For weapons, you should be equipping two-handed weapons to gain bonuses from Kraken, Brute Force, and Upheaval.

If you are planning to wear a set of items, I highly recommend Ultos’ Storm.

Basically, you just spin with Eye of Reckoning until your enemies are dead.

For the best results, assign the Reckless Tempest to it.

Eye of Reckoning is not the only spinning skill here, there is also Wind Devil with Maelstorm.

You also have a stationary Storm Totem that serves as another passive source of damage.
