Use equipment that grant bonuses to your pets, especially the one with add to a pet’s All Damage. Equipping items that let you summon more pets is also a good idea.
It all comes down to personal preference, whether you want to equip caster’s off-hand for cooldown reduction or shield for better defense.
How to Play
Set Summon Familiar, Summon Hellhound, and Summon Briarthorn’s behavior to aggressive and let them fight the enemies for you. If you think your pets are not enough, you can also summon Conjure Primal Spirit for help.
Use Curse of Frailty and any active skills attached to your devotion skills to trigger their proc. Then cast Blood of Dreeg to heal the wounds of your whole group.
